No, this tray would not fit into a Dell 7910 Tower. The Dell tower systems use a different type of tray and mounting system. These trays are for Generation 13 Dell Servers.
However, if you remove the drive from this tray, the drive itself should work fine in your Dell 7910. You will just need to find a compatible Dell drive caddy for that model.
